Bad customer service and 0 communication skills

I wish Temu never used these people to deliver my parcel! I am awaiting delivery for the past week now. I tried making contact with them all ways possible but cannot reach them! I am so tempted to go and fetch my parcel as I need it for this upcoming weekend but I don’t even know where my parcel is sitting and if only they could answer their calls and let me know! But that’s to much to ask for of a service provider! I honestly never want to do business with them again!
