Bad customer service!!!

Bad customer service! I had ordered the Philips over ear headphones (TAPH805BK) from Hifi Corp since Sunday afternoon. It has been 3 days and while tracking the parcel I had discovered that it had arrived in Cape Town at 1am this morning. I then received a sms at 8:30am that my parcel is out on delivery TODAY and ensured me to be available as I was for the whole ****** day! I then called the call centre at 1:57pm to ask for assistance and was advised that the parcel will be delivered from 2:30pm -5pm. At 4:32pm I called again and was then advised that the parcel will be delivered within 20 minutes and no one had come! I then called the call centre again at 5pm and they were closed! It has been three days I don’t understand how long does it take you to deliver a parcel when it is literally in Cape Town!!! It’s not even overseas and you taking so long to deliver one thing! I was even advised by Hifi corp that my parcel will be delivered within a day or two. No man! I want my parcel as early as tomorrow morning!!!
