Bad customer service

Skynet hasn't delivered my package and it's been days now. I have been tracking my parcels since from the 7th of April and it's the 10th of April today, it kept on say "parcel on vehicle" .. I ordered on Shein before the end of March and I'm graduating on the 13th of April.. I'd literally die if my package doesn't arrive before the end of this week. This is not good at all.
