BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am Clarissa Strydom. I am suppose to get a parcel from Vodacom. You guys were suppose to deliver it yesterday but no delivery.. youre delivery guy say I didnt answer my phone.. I only got a missed call from Pta.

Then this morning 07:44 youre branch phoned me. 07:45 again... I thought they called me after 08:00 but I was wrong, they phoned me at above time. I drop my child 07:30 at school fetch my brother and come home. I saw the missed calls and phoned back immediately after I saw the missed calls. First call was 08:00 no one answer I phoned again 08:01 still no one answer. I phoned now again to ask the operator called the driver but it was the wrong driver. He phoned another driver who was here yesterday. The guy said he phoned but I didnt answer. No one opened the gate for him. Our security guard opens the gate for anyone standing infront of the gate. I said to the guy its bull****. Youre driver started to throw a fit over the phone while I was listening... Wow... The operator made him quiet. The operator say it could have been the network.... okay.... now I am inform they can only deliver my parcel tomorrow. Tomorrow 09:00. I am not available tomorrow. Friday my shift starts from 06:45 to 19:15. I am then only available on Monday. I ask the operator why my parcel is still in witbank, he said that they are not aloud to take it if no-one is answering the phone..

Like I said I thought they phone at 08:00 when I was outside hanging my washing but it was me that phoned them at that time. I told the operator that I phoned them twice and no-one answer... he told me that I am blaming them for not answering theyre phone but I didnt answer my phone when they phoned but he isint blaming me... JOH.... what a blow to tell to a customer.... I told the guy straight forward his customer service is bad and you dont talk to a customer like that... and that I am going to launch a COMPLAINT. I am also going to speak to vodacom regarding this and ask that my parcel been send back and that a better courier can deliver it...
