bad customer service
very bad customer services and i still did not receive my parcel its been 2 weeks since i paid customs already.

12 Aug 2025, 08:50numerous phone calls and emails later they put you through and the phone gets cut off.apparantly my money dont reflect in their account but i have mailed thrice my proof of payment to them.can anybody advise me as to what is my next step or how do a person report this as i need my parcel.
