Bad customer service

My payment for my temu package was done and emailed to the provided email address on the 21st of august. Every day since i have been asking via their whatsapp line. I have called them multiple times with no help. I still cant receive my package as they have not allocated my payment. Customer service is non existent. Agents promising to follow up never gets back to me. I hold for no less than 10 min before they answer the call every time i call. I have mailed various addresses as well. I dont know where to ask anymore. Website message, email customer service, call and whatsapp with no answers... This is the worst i have ever experienced.
