Bad customer service
This is my second review i am writing about skynet.. My parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday but the delivery guy decided not pitch up and today when i called they hung up 4times and when they finally decided to assist me the guy was rude telling me not to be mad yet they've been making me a fool the whole day!!
