Bad customer experience and service

They sent a message at 8 advising that my parcel will be delivered .I then planned my day to ensure that I’m available, at 16h00 I reached out to their digital agent who advised that the parcel was on route, minutes after that I received an sms that the delivery failed .

I went back to the chat to ask the agent to advise the reason as I wasted a day to accommodate them , she is now not responding . The agent that assisted me was Nathabiseng . So much inconvenience and no warning whatsoever
