Bad courier services ever encountered

Very very bad service they have my vodacom order, sent communication that they gonna deliver yesterday morning 05/05/2025. No call for appointment with driver they just decided on a day that suits them. Worst they couldn’t deliver on that day. I called the costumer service which takes for ever to get through above 30 min which i quit and chose an option to be called back instead they never called back. Following day 06/05/2025 I call again wait for above 30 minutes, complain about the waiting time agent advised they only 5 in the call centre. Asked about my delivery, rep**** it’s still with the driver he couldn’t deliver yesterday had many deliveries. He will deliver it to day still no appointment today @ his convenience. First time I encountered such bad courier service, driver stays with orders, why and how, are they safe, why not inform if they cannot deliver, why not schedule/reschedule appointments.
