Bad communication and Rude driver

I received a message that my parcel is out for delivery on Friday , I ensure that there was someone to receive the parcel, no one came to deliver and no communication. A parcel schedule for Friday is then delivered on Monday without communication there was no one at home the drive didn’t bother to call to confirm if ther will be someone home, the parcel was not delivered I then call him asked when we he deliver he promised Tuesday when I arrived home late Tuesday I asked no parcel was delivered I then sent a text to ask , he then called me shouting and telling me he doesn’t know where is May parcel and it’s late so he can talk to me as he wants , I asked again where is my parcel he still continues to fight without telling me where is my parcel , the driver was very rude, he was able to shout at me for more than 10 minutes but couldn’t answer a simple question of the whereabouts of the parcel.I have his number plates and his identity
