Bad bad service

Bad customer service and bad parcel delivery service,I waited more than 7 days for my parcel to be delivered and it wasn't the first time, I tried so many times calling them but they don't answer calls, currently still waiting without knowing what happened to my parcel,no update even when tracking it.
