BAD BAD SERVICE

Worst service i have ever received from a courier company. Parcel not delivered. No communication to me and was returned to sender after I phoned to confirm adres on system. Phoned on Monday and today to follow up. Spoke to call centre and got name and reference. Still no reply. Currently sitting on a 20 minute call trying to resolve this. Apparently I'm caller nr 1 for the past 10 minutes. Please use any other company and not SKYNET EXPRESS
