Bad bad customer service

The worst company even! Why should Capitec do business with this company I renewed my licence disc on the 25 Nov 2025, and the 27 Nov 2025 it was out on delivery. The driver didn't arrive. Mon the 1st Dec 2025 I called and my parcel was not out. Today still the 3rd Dec 2025 I haven't received my licence dics. Eyo I hate this company shame! They lie! From they call centre to Managers
