Awful service from Skynet Couriers

I have been dealing with Skynet this week. What a painful courier to deal with. No one knows where my package is. It had been placed someone since Saturday and no one even bothers about it. I have even offered to collect it myself since it's such a mission to deliver it. No updates made on call discussions, no follow ups, no customer care basically. I wonder why my package was sent to this courier.
