Awful Service

A parcel of mine hasn't been delivered, and I assume it is stuck in customs for some reason. This I can understand, but would still like to figure out what the hold up is. What I can't understand though is how the call center operators can provide such truly terrible service when you call them. It sounds like they all hate their lives, and couldn't be bothered to help you or even just be polite. In my dealings with DHL, I have never had to endure such awful service and downright incompetence from the call center. I'll definitely be using them in the future, and suggest anyone reading this does too.
