Awaiting for my order!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Skynet. I had ordered items from Temu, which were supposed to be delivered by Skynet. However, only part of my order arrived via Buffalo Logistics, while the other parcel has been stuck in 'out for delivery' limbo since February 13th.

To make matters worse, Skynet claimed that they attempted delivery and I wasn't home, which is a blatant lie. I work from home, so I know exactly when someone comes to my door.

The lack of transparency, accountability, and honesty from Skynet is appalling. I demand better communication and service from a courier company, especially when it comes to delivering my online purchases.

Until they improve their services and customer communication, I would advise others to think twice before using Skynet.
