Awaiting delivery, no communication.

After being on the phone with them for the whole week I still haven’t received my delivery, yet I was told first thing in the morning it will be delivered . What do you take us for ? Clearly there is no respect for customers . Your call centre waiting time is ridiculous and no one will give you a proper answers regarding your parcel and for the fact that I have to be the one calling and asking , it’s terrible .
