Avoid this courier company

Absolutely horrible service. Package sent to the wrong address, even after the new address was confirmed. I had to phone daily for updates. I was promised that the package would be delivered on Thursday. Thursday afternoon I phoned again and was informed that the package was still at the depot. Today I phoned again and was informed that the courier vehicle was hijacked. I've never had such horrific service from a courier company.
