ATTENTION TRASH DELIVERY FAILURE COMPANY

To whom this may concern

I am a vodacom customer, I ordered a sim card that was suppose to be delivered on friday. Delivery guy came and was very nice he I unfortunately did not have my documents in order to get my delivery. The older man who was driving was shouting at the younger man. To not beg for my documents after I told him I dont have it. So they left in a rude way. I left it just so.

Monday the 29th I received communication my package is out for delivery and it was out for delivery whole day. I then spoke to an agent who asured me that they will make sure I would get my delivery today still. I made sure I stayed at home all day to wait for the delivery once AGAIN no one called me no one even emailed or called to say they on the way or asked for direction bare in mind the younger guy lives around in the area so I dont understand why my package was not delivered.

19:30 only I received an sms saying there was a failure in delivery. I dont know for what reason. But your service is trash and putrid and tour customer service is a bunch of ****s. I am going to post this to Hello Peter and then I will write to the CEO office to vodacom to get your putrid delivery service removed.

I hope who ever reads this is happy about the company they work for.
