Atrocious service

This has to be the worst courier service ever! I am waiting for my study material for almost a month and a half. I have been in contact with them the whole time with promises that "the parcel is on its way", "it will be delivered tomorrow, "sorry we had a breakdown" etc, only for it to be sent back to Cape Town. All of this after it was sent to the wrong city in the first place! You cannot even talk to managers in charge of customer service. Absolutely no work ethic,.unprofessional and completely *************. I do not recommend them.
