Atrocious service

I renewed my license disc on the 12th of December. The license disc has been with Skynet all this time. They say they tried delivering twice and I was not available. But I have been at home since the 12th of December. I had to cancel all my plans just to wait for the delivery which to date has not come. I called their call centre numerous times just to be told it will be delivered and as mentioned it still has not come and today is the 5th of January. Getting through to the call centre is a nightmare. It's like no one actually works at Skynet. I need my license disc.
