Apparently the driver's vehicle broke down. 2 days later, and my package haven’t arrived. On the tracking link, it says "company closed," which is a lie, and it was already a day later. This is after the 10 days of estimated delivery date. Driver or company didn't bother to call for any update. Call center moves me from pillar to post, until 20 minutes is done. Waste of airtime too. Package was due on the 22 December. It's the 24th, and there's stil no hope. Their commutation department will probably see and respond to this in 2026.
