APPUALED WITH SKYNET WORLDWIDE EXPRESS

If I had a choice, I won't even give them a 1 star, I was expecting delivery since Friday the 29th,skynet sent me an sms on Friday morning stating delivery will be done on Friday between 8 to 5 however till date, no delivery has been made😡😡😡😡 As for the call center, it's usless, on cn never get through at all😡😡😡 To top it up, I sent an email, till date, no response there either 😡😡😡 they should closed this delivery service as it's useless, the last on the tracking is Friday and that's it, no tracking update since then. Is the anyway possible to even get a hold off them?
