appauling service

These people shouldn't be called a delivery service when they encabable of delivering a package!! been waiting 2 months for my unisa books and now I have to go fetch it from their warehouse in Epping 2 my self!! Outrageous!!! They are usless!! Countless calls and still no delivery!! Do not use skynet people, and please warn others!!!!
