Appalling Service from Skynet and i suspect theft from thier delivery team

Appalling service i am currently experiencing my parcel has not been delivered eight days still waiting when tracking my parcel everyday it shows out of delivery later in the evening failed attempted to deliver all lies an i suspect ***** ad theft. Thier customer service refuse to take accountability and not even on person from skynet has called me. I am having to email them back and forth, its unfortunate i was not the one who choose this service provider. I will escalate this to the highest statute i will get my parcel rest assured.
