Appalling service from Skynet

I have been waiting for my package to be delivered for 2 weeks now and these people are not willing to help me AT ALL, even though I did send them an email asking for assistance with the delivery of my package. I have never dealt with such a level of incompetence and their customer service are just as useless. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I will never again use this companies services.
