Appalling service

I have been expecting my parcel since i paid for it on the 27th of Dec. Since then its sms that it will be delivered today but it gets delivered. Called the call center on Tuesday the 6th, only to be told the vehicle is broken. It will delivered on the 8th, just call to check on my status ,callcenter is unattended. Phone rings non stopped. Utterly disappointed. Saddest part is I have to go back to Johannesburg with out a valid disk becise of Skynet.
