Appalling Service

I have 2 parcels I am waiting to be delivered. One was in Durban on the 28/11 and the other on the 02/12 and to date no delivery. Both my parcels are at their depot. Phoning is just a waste of time as no-one answers. Trying the WhatsApp channel is just as useless. All I am wanting to know is where can I go to and fetch my own parcels.
