App saying it's delivered bit not here and haven't received

I've been waiting the whole day at work as it was even my halfday since the app said out for delivery I decided to work double shift because of waiting for parcel at work than it changed to delivered but I haven't received my parcel till this hour yho this is really unfair and uncalled for
