Angrily disappointed customer!!!!!

Why isn’t it possible to rate a zero? I’m asking because that’s what this company deserves. Their communication is nonexistent. These people for my parcel last Friday, only to have it “out for delivery” today. I only got on here to check the reviews because I’ve been waiting for an order that was said to be out for delivery. I called them in the morning, which they made me wait for minutes before eventually connecting me to an agent. The agent I spoke to was friendly but she had limited information on my order. She told me I would be getting it between 14:00 - 16:30, so I planned my day around that. At 16:45 I realised that I wasn’t goin to be getting my order today so I tried their WhatsApp and the agent I spoke to **** to me, she said she’d call the driver to find out where he is and guess what, she DISAPPEARED. I’m clearly not going to be happy with the service so I’d like for it to be rectified before it manifests to something it shouldn’t be close to. I’ll try to call again tomorrow morning, hopefully my call will b answered promptly this time, if at all, and then I’ll suggest to pick it up myself. If that fails then I’m going to sue this company. We order medication online, no one deserves for their health to be compromised because a company doesn’t take itself serious enough to hire people who actually care to do their job. This is so disappointing.
