*********** and unable to find parcel

Shockingly poor service. Renewed my vehicle license online on the 15/12 since then have received several sms notifications saying my license is out for delivery. Yet to be delivered. When I call you spend min of 30min on hold waiting for an agent, if they don’t cut you off and you speak to an agent they will tell you that they don’t know where your parcel is as it was with a driver who is now not there and they can’t reach the new driver on the phone. They took my number and will call me back. This has happened several times. Still waiting for my call back. All the while the expiry date for my license draws nearer…… pathetic!
