******** AND LACK SERVICE TO CLIENTS

Skynet Worldwide Express are ********, they have no way of contacting them for a parcel that was sent from Samsung 2 months ago, and I still have not seen it. they even changed my address on their system which Samsung gave them on their system. They say they called me but never did so, I have been to the Bethlem branch and they say they can't get any answers from Johannesburg. you call to follow up at Bethlem and they don't even answer the calls or call back when you leave a number. The WhatsApp for Skynet is useless, their call centre is useless, and they are just a bunch of ******* and ******. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE USELESS AND OFFER NO SATISFACTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
