I placed an order with Shein , delivery was supposed to have arrived at my work address in the 4th December. I do not receive any communication from this courier, only sms messages that delivery failed because there was no onr at home. Anyone can see the delivery address is a business address.

I have been calling them to check on my delivery, sometimes the phone keeps ringing and not being answered. Yesterday I was told that my delivery is out, I still haven't received my order.

I called again this morning I am being told the delivery car broke down. I had another separate order made a week after this one, because it was delivered IMIILE Couriers, communication was updated all the time and I received my order as scheduled.

Reviewer Update
This is a follow up on my previous review about this courier company. Today is the 11th and I still haven't received my delivery. Every day when I follow up with a call I am being told that my delivery is out, I dont know whether Skynet is China and the driver has been driving from Monday up to today he is still on the road. This is so suspicious to me and in my mind my order has been ****** and the people taking my calls are protecting someone. I paid my money for that order and someone out there is not doing their job. Please can someone tag the CEO or higher management as I am so frustrated with making calls everyday and being told the delivery is out.
