An overall '0' for service.

This must be the worst courier service... ever. We are waiting for an urgent package at our offices - the first time they arrived 17:30.. have been trying ever since to get hold of someone, anyone to find out what has now happened to our undelivered package. When you phone, you are number 53 in line... the WhatsApp service is non-existent. So how do you follow up?!?! Can everyone not just use The Courier Guy?!?
