Acknowledging great service

<p>I had a very frustrating experience with the Skynet Imports department in Johannesburg. While my opinion of the whole organisation is still low, I feel I need to acknowledge and thank certain individuals in the company who made a great effort to assist me. Adam September from the Cape Town International department went to great lengths to solve my problems, and even followed up with a call afterwards to make sure my parcel was delivered. A big thank you to Ashton Hendrick, Curnel (from Ops) and Sampie the driver for assisting to have my parcel delivered over the weekend. Your customer orientation doesn't go unnoticed</p>
