Academic Record Lost and Nothing can be done - they say!

<p>I have had the most terrible experience with SkyNet. Apparently UNISA sent my academic record on the 5th of May 2017. It's over a month already and there's no solution. I have been calling the past two weeks and trasnferred to over 5 consultants at a time - with no assistance still. I'm told that my parcel is lost and cannot be retrieved. I mean really???? How does a parcel get lost and not get tracked? </p> <p>For what its worth; here's the tracking number ********** 70489</p>
