Abysmal service

My Avon parcel was out for delivery to my work address. 01/06/2026 they delivered after 5pm and again after 8pm to a business address. Today I've been calling and WhatsApping since 7:30am. All I get is an answer from the Cape Town branch and nothing from customer service. Today my parcel has been out for delivery since 11am. It is now 4:13pm. Skynet your service is abysmal. I have never encountered this level of **** service before.
