Absolutely useless courier

Absolutely useless. Got an sms saying my order is out for delivery, waited all day, zero communication and nothing got delivered. No sms or phone call. Then their tracking system says delivery exception consignee not available which is an absolute lie. They don't answer phone calls, don't reply on WhatsApp, don't reply on live chat. Just useless. Terrible management at this courier.
