Absolutely ******* Service

They have been sitting with my Vodacom wifi for a week. Every morning I get a pin because it is out for delivery yet they never deliver it then send an sms delivery failed. I never received any call that they are at the gate.

I need the wifi for work and my security system.

They don't answer phones. They don't answer Whatsapp. They don't answer online chats.

How the hell is a person supposed to get hold of them and get your stuff.

What a useless courier company.
