Absolutely pathetic service

Service is absolutely pathetic.

I ordered something from shein and my ordered ended up in Pretoria north? My address was and is correct and I’ve never had a problem with any other courier company besides Skynet. My items were supposed to be delivered on Thursday the 28th but was cancelled and I was only informed today (Monday 31st) that they couldn’t find my address and won’t be delivering. I need my items today.

When i was phoned, the speaker was so so rude and indirectly said it was my fault for “putting in the wrong address and my stuff will come tomorrow ” when i know my address is correct and i double checked it. This courier company is the only one I’ve had a problem with.
