Absolutely Horrific Service – Zero Delivery After 2 Weeks of Empty Promises

I received my first “out for delivery” SMS from Skynet on 21 November. Since that day, I have received the same message every single day, yet not once has my package actually arrived.

Over the past two weeks, I have phoned customer service numerous times to report the issue. Every single time I was assured that my package would be delivered that same day. Today is 6 December, and I still have no package.

The service from Skynet has been nothing short of horrific. The daily false messages and empty promises from customer service show a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. No one follows up, no one resolves the issue, and no one seems to care.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will avoid using this courier again and would strongly caution others to do the same.
