Absolutely appalling service with empty promises.

On Tuesday 31-Jan I was contacted to arrange delivery of my parcel for Wednesday 01-Feb. On Wednesday morning I was called by the driver around 10am to say that the parcel was given to the wrong driver on the incorrect route. I then contacted customer service to rearrange the delivery. I was told that Trevor from the Cape Town branch would be in contact with me to arrange a new delivery. By 4pm Trevor still had not contacted me and I called the customer service again. I was again promised that Trevor would be in contact with me. On Thursday morning the parcel was dispatched without any consultation with me. I then contacted the customer service again to highlight that someone would only be at the delivery address until 1pm. I was promised the parcel would be delivered by then. At 2pm there was still no delivery, and I contacted the call center again. I was then promised that the driver would be there to deliver the parcel within 1 hour. At 4pm the parcel had still not arrived and I contacted the call center again only to be told that they are not able to get hold of the driver and have no further answers for me. This is completely unacceptable. Firstly that I need to consistently follow up for answers and secondly that every promise made to me was not met. I am still waiting for my parcel and am wits end. I do not understand how a driver goes 'missing' and no one can tell me where he is. Can someone please urgently get in touch with me to deliver this parcel.
