Absolutely appalling service!!!

The service offered by Skyney keeps deteriorating at an alarming rate. I received a notification that my parcel had arrived at their depot on the 5th April. They attempted to deliver it- well no delivery was made but the tracking status changed to reflect an attempted delivery indicating “Bad address”. Mind you, other couriers including historic (equally horrible interactions with Skynet) have been able to seamlessly deliver at the same address.

I have since then called to follow up on this only keep getting the delivery supposedly postponed with each passing day.

With my previous encounter with Skynet, I thought it couldn’t possible get any worse. They proved me worse, it can and has😢.

Highly disappointed and frustrated 😩
