Absolute Terrible Service!!

Worst courier company ever, I was expected to get my parcel yesterday after 2 weeks of the point of ordering, tried to call yesterday to no avail, I am currently on the hold for the past 42 minutes, someone answered the phone and I explained that I would like to know what is going on and they put me on hold yet again, I will never purchase from the company that outsourced them again because this is such a useless company, at least have the decency to communicate with your customers.
