A very poor service from Skynet Worldwide

If it was possible I would’ve given them a zero rating. I scheduled a delivery for 6 December 2024. I made a call on the 9th to find out the status of my delivery the agent claimed to have escalated the matter and I would possibly get my order delivered on the 10th December but till today the 13th December I still don’t have it delivered. This is the worst courier service, there’s no communication from their end, their whatsapp service is very useless all you do is communicate with a bot which won’t even assist with your issue. That is why I prefer RAM I wish Vodacom had handed over my order to RAM instead of this useless skynet. Over 10 days later I still don’t have my order.😡
