A terrible experience

When you own an e-commerce site, you're hoping for a successful partnership with your couriers. My partnership with Skynet was more of an abusive relationship. Parcels go missing, or they just aren't delivered. There's no accountability or an easy way to get hold of them and solve problems. I chose to change couriers without trying to rectify mistakes as it's not worth the mental strain. Don't make the same mistake as i did.
