A PLEA TO UNISA TO STOP USING SKYNET SA TO COURIER STUDENT'S STUDY MATERIALS!

My registration was finalized in July, today is 17/08/2017 and still have not received my study material. I have been in contact with Skynet SA for the past two weeks with tracking number UNPE ********** 1 and cannot get any assistance. My study material in the past semesters were delivered by DSV and never experienced any problems, they were quick and efficient. Can we please get some intervention as we cannot continue in this manner. I asked to speak to supervisors and was transferred to Grace and Kedibone Sihlangu, they promised that my material would be delivered by 07/08/2017 and still received nothing! Their numbers are ********** /7, ********** , ********** . Education is expensive and spend our hard earned monies to better our lives by studying further and this type of inconvenience is totally unacceptable......
