A new level of incompetence

5 phone calls an 8 emails down the line and I still don't have my delivery!!!

WHAT IS THIS NEW LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE?!

I am traveling on Friday 28 February and need my disc delivered before 12h00 noon.

I will give my feedback to the bank I bought this from in their banking app.

This is totally unacceptable behavior.
