3 weeks delay in delivering

You have received my parcel from vodacom since June27 since you have failed to deliver the parcel, you have failed to communicate with me .each time vodacom phones you promise to rectify the mistake and communicate with client but you haven't done that. You tell different stories every day? Can I get true clarity as to what's going on?
