3 to 5 bussiness days delivery fail and no answer

I received an sms on the 23rd of November that my parcel would be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. On the 18th of december I received an sms that it is on its way for delivery. Problem is, delivery address is my work address and we closed on the 13th for the year. Tried to call but the line keeps dropping after holding for an operator.
